How to Use MemFlow

Welcome to your browser's new memory! Here is how to get the most out of MemFlow.

1. Organizing with Smart Stacks

Instead of leaving 50 tabs open, you can group them into Stacks.

• Click the MemFlow extension icon in your browser toolbar.
• Click the "+" icon next to "Active Stacks".
• Name your Stack (e.g., "Weekend Trip", "React Project").
• Drag and drop your open tabs into the Stack to save them securely.

2. Setting Up Your AI Key (BYOK)

To unlock intelligent summaries, you need to connect an AI provider.

• Open the MemFlow extension and click the Gear (Settings) icon.
• Select "AI Insights" from the menu.
• Paste your API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Click Save. Your key is stored locally and securely.

3. Using Instant Semantic Recall

Forget the exact name of a website? No problem.

• Open the extension and click the search bar at the top.
• Type a natural question, like "What was that cooking blog with the vegan lasagna?"
• MemFlow will search the context of your history to find the exact match.
